NoBait Club is designed with Canada's PIPEDA fair information principles and Québec private-sector privacy obligations in mind, including accountability, meaningful consent, limiting collection, safeguards, openness, access, and correction.

Experiatech is responsible for privacy questions about NoBait Club. Contact contact@nobaitclub.com for access, correction, withdrawal, deletion, complaint, or incident questions.

Account information from LinkedIn sign-in, such as name, email address, profile picture, account identifiers, and session state.

Generation inputs, including pasted LinkedIn post text, source post URL, selected language, generated resource metadata, and generated output links.

Operational data such as timestamps, quota usage, cache status, approximate production cost, logs, error diagnostics, and security events.

Analytics data from Google Analytics when enabled, such as device, browser, page, and aggregate usage signals.

To authenticate users, apply weekly free-generation limits, generate resources, keep history available, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and respond to support or privacy requests.

To send service-related notices, generation completion emails, or direct replies when the user contacts us. Commercial electronic messages, if any, should follow CASL consent, identification, and unsubscribe practices.

NoBait Club may use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, email, and AI generation. These providers process information only as needed to operate the service.

Some providers may process information outside Québec or Canada. We use reasonable contractual, technical, and organizational measures for those transfers.

Generation history and account metadata are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, troubleshooting, legal obligations, or user-requested history.

We use access controls, environment-based secrets, HTTPS, provider security controls, and limited operational access to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or misuse.

You may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion where applicable, withdrawal of consent, or more detail about how information is handled by emailing contact@nobaitclub.com.

You can avoid submitting sensitive or confidential content. Do not paste personal data, secrets, or private material that is not necessary to generate the resource.
