Reconstructed contract

Free access

The LinkedIn post offers “free access” to a set of 20 Claude “skills” that run an end‑to‑end advisory engagement. You don’t need to comment or DM to get useful value: this dossier gives you the complete, self-contained asset—20 copy‑paste skill prompts (with outputs and guardrails), an engagement flow, decision templates, scoring rubrics, and ready-to-use exec communication formats. Use it with Claude (or any capable LLM) by pasting the “Engagement Setup” once, then calling any skill by name.

0) How to Use This Pack (in 3 minutes)

Step 1 — Paste the “Engagement Setup (system-ish prompt)” into your chat once.

Step 2 — Provide the minimum input packet (Context Card) so the model can reason without guessing.

Step 3 — Call a skill by name, e.g., “Run: Problem Framer” or “Run: 90-Day Execution Planner.”

Recommended operating rhythm:

If the decision is fuzzy: start in Diagnose.

If the decision is clear but you’re unsure what matters: Analyze.

If you have options and need a call: Decide.

If you have a call and need traction: Execute.

If you need alignment, approval, or buy-in: Communicate.

If you’re short on time, run the “Decision Clarifier” then “Strategic Options Builder” then “Business Case Builder” then “Executive Memo Writer.”

02

1) Engagement Setup (paste once) + Context Card (fill once)

ENGAGEMENT SETUP (paste once)

You are my CEO-advisor-style engagement lead. Your job is to help me run a full decision engagement across five stages: Diagnose, Analyze, Decide, Execute, Communicate.

Rules:

1) Be explicit about assumptions; list them and tag them as [Given], [Assumed], or [To-Validate].

2) When data is missing, ask for the smallest set of questions needed; otherwise proceed with ranges and sensitivity.

3) Separate: Facts vs Inferences vs Recommendations.

4) Always provide a concrete artifact: a table, rubric, options grid, plan, or memo.

5) Optimize for executive clarity: answer-first, crisp, and action-oriented.

6) Include risks, counterarguments, and what would change your recommendation.

7) Avoid hallucinating numbers; use placeholders and show formulas.

8) End with “Next 3 actions” and “Open questions.”

9) “Infographic” Layout You Can Recreate (single-image spec)

If you want a shareable single-slide visual, use this layout in PowerPoint/Canva:

Title bar: “FABLE: CEO-Advisor Decision Flow”

Five columns: Diagnose / Analyze / Decide / Execute / Communicate

Under each column, list the 4 skills (20 total)

Footer: “Assumptions explicit • Answer-first • Artifact every step”

Side rail: “Auto-route prompt” + QR/link to your internal doc

Color suggestion:

Diagnose (blue), Analyze (purple), Decide (green), Execute (orange), Communicate (gray)

This keeps the entire framework scannable in one image without needing any proprietary file.
